Awakening your heart centre
During this course you will connect with and awaken three centres: the heart centre, the head centre and the solar plexus centre.
When all three centres are awakened and working together, you can express a wise, expanded love, called soul love.
Soul love is a state of being that connects you to the oneness. As you awaken the heart centre, you can love with a wise heart that empowers others. You can operate from the calm, compassionate and loving serenity of your soul.
Not only will you awaken these three centres, but you will also learn how to circulate love and light among them, increasing your ability to love unconditionally, and transforming negative energy into love.
Using guided journeys, you will:
- journey to the soul plane to meet and blend with your soul and awaken the light in your heart centre
- connect with and transmit love to another person
- awaken the head centre and circulate light between your head and heart centres; doing this connects you more fully with the oneness
- activate the hidden point in your solar plexus centre which is connected with your soul’s will to love
- circulate light throughout the three centres to release any negative feelings that no longer serve you, transforming these with your soul’s love
Throughout this course we will be working at a soul level. Your soul is not separate from you but is that part of you which is eternal. It is made of light and is the embodiment of love. As you make soul contact you are getting to know yourself as a soul. You are expanding your consciousness to experience your soul’s greater light, wisdom and love.
