AN INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION
The aim of this half day course is to provide individuals with background
information on the benefits of meditation plus the basic skills required to
set up and maintain a regular meditation practice.
It is a practical course giving clear guidelines not only on how to meditate
but also on how to integrate this very simple technique into your daily routine.
An Introduction to Meditation is suitable for beginners and for those who are
starting out in their meditation practice.
During this course, you will cover the areas below and will be guided through four meditations. You will also be taught a few very simple techniques to assist you in developing greater self awareness:
